We are your Sage Hill Residents Association (SHRA)

We welcome the opportunity to serve the community and strive to improve and maintain our beautiful location.

The Sage Hill Residents Association was established to protect the value of the community amenities and to ensure a high degree of maintenance of these amenities.

Registered under the Societies Act of Alberta, the Sage Hill Residents Association was established to protect the value of the community amenities and to ensure a high degree of maintenance of these amenities.

The Sage Hill Residents Association provides meaningful input and guidance for future care, maintenance and development of your new community. This may include area beautification projects, superior levels of care and organized events.

Association Benefits

SHRA amenities include walking paths, feature walls, decorative fencing, entry features and landscape maintenance.

Operating Budget & Association Fees for Fiscal 2025:
April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025

Dear Owners:
The SHRA Board of Directors has reviewed the prior year’s budget and expenses and adopted a budget for the 2025 fiscal year, April 1st 2024 - March 31st 2025.

SHRA fees for the 2025 fiscal year remain unchanged from prior years:

  • $100.00 + GST ($105.00) for single family homes
  • $75.00 + GST ($78.75) for multi family homes
These fees are payable April 1st, 2024 and will be considered past due on June 1st, 2024.

The 2024/25 budget reflects the priorities of the board based on the feedback we’ve heard from the community. We have contracted a new vendor for planting, landscaping and watering for 2024 and budgeted towards landscaping enhancements. We will be pursuing a few initiatives and will provide more details as they are realised.

TownSquare allows owners to communicate with managers, VIEW & PAY YOUR ACCOUNT ONLINE, get up to date community news & events, submit Requests (can include photos), download documents for free and more! If you have not been receiving emails, kindly update your contact information.

  1. To register, please email townsqrequests@associa.ca to request your unique Account ID to register for TownSq.
  2. Go to https://app.townsq.io/associa/signup and Register online using your Account ID and Postal Code.
  3. Fill in the required information and create a password.
  4. Login

Please note if you own multiple units within SHRA, you MUST sign up for each unit then you can Link them by selecting Add Account (under your Profile and Accounts).

Please remember to let C-Era know if you RENT out your home (and have a different mailing address or if you are SELLING your home (so we can update your account) or if you have updated any contact information. You can download forms on TownSq, including the Owner Contact Information Form and Pre-Authorized Debit Form (if you prefer to pay that method for your annual fee).

If you are a new owner in SHRA, C-Era Property Management requires your Land Title for updating your account. Kindly submit a Owner Contact Information Form as well.

You can also download the TownSq app on your phone once registered!

Once registered on TownSq, you will have the option to pay your account online as follows:

  1. Log in to TownSq
  2. Select your account from the top right of the screen.
  3. Select “Make a payment” on the right-hand side of the screen.
  4. Follow the instructions to enter your credit card.
